DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Stimclai currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Your estimated delivery time consists of two stages: Order Processing Time + Courier Transit Time.

We work with trusted UK delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and as quickly as possible.

Total Estimated Delivery	4–7 working days

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. GMT on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends, will begin processing on the next working day.

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. This preparation time is included within the processing period.

PARCEL INSURANCE

Every order includes complimentary parcel protection at no extra cost.

If your tracking information has not been updated for 5–6 days after dispatch, please contact us at support@stimclai.com. We'll be happy to assist you in opening a missing parcel claim with the courier.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can use this information to follow your parcel from our warehouse right through to your delivery address.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any issues with your delivery, including shipping delays, damaged parcels, or missed deliveries, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and keep you informed throughout the process.
